From Dream to Opportunity

Every athlete’s journey is different. Some paths are straightforward, others take a few turns—but each one matters.

FITCAMP Recruits began during the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020, a time when opportunities felt uncertain for many athletes. During that period, we helped our first two athletes take meaningful steps toward continuing their athletic careers at the collegiate level. What started as guidance during a difficult season has grown into something far greater.

To date, we have successfully supported 18 athletes through the recruiting process. Several of these athletes returned to us for additional guidance, especially when transitioning from junior college to university, navigating new decisions and higher expectations.

Every Athlete's Story is Unique & Each One is Worth Telling

Some athletes were Caribbean-born, while others were U.S.-born Caribbean athletes
Some earned full athletic scholarships, others received partial scholarships
Most received athletic scholarships, while some combined athletic and academic aid
Some represented national teams, others did not
Some began at junior colleges, others started directly at universities

What they shared was not the same background or accolades, but the willingness to take guidance, stay patient, and trust the process.

The Impact

Collectively, these opportunities represent over USD $700,000 in scholarship value—but beyond the numbers are lives changed, families encouraged, and doors opened that once felt out of reach.
